Chelsea Bogda ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") built the WWMTS (What Would My Therapist Say?) app ("App") as a mental wellness tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

All user data is stored on secure servers using a PostgreSQL database with industry-standard security practices. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Additionally, some data is cached locally on your device using AsyncStorage to provide a seamless offline experience. This local data remains on your device and is not accessible to us.
We use your information solely to:
The App does not use tracking or analytics tools beyond basic crash reporting, which helps us identify and fix technical issues. No personal wellness data is included in crash reports.
The App may send push notifications to remind you of check-ins, habits, or other wellness activities. Push notifications are entirely opt-in. You can enable or disable them at any time through the App settings or your device settings.
The App offers subscription-based in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information directly. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly from within the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion, all of your personal data, including wellness entries and account information, will be permanently removed from our servers.
We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
